The Skills into Practice (SIP) program allows participants to learn five to six different skills in a one-day workshop. The concurrent skills sessions are delivered by experienced facilitators with participants rotating to each session throughout the day. SIP programs will be delivered around the country and will cover a variety of topics including deteriorating patient (adult and paediatrics), rhythm recognition, ear wax removal and microsuctioning, ophthalmology emergencies, Immunisation emergencies, foot assessment, lower limb assessment and ABIs and wound management. SIP Programs are suitable for nurses and doctors working in urgent care centres, general practice and acute care settings.
